Follow these instructions to get sponsored

Please visit Texas Real Estate Commission at https://mylicense.trec.texas.gov​ 

  • Sign in with your login or Create an account. 
  • After you are logged in, you'll see a screen titled Quick Start Menu.
  • Click on the first drop down box arrow and select Manage My Sponsorship (Sales) and click select.
  • If you are already sponsored click next. If not, follow instructions on this page.
  • It will take a second to load.
  • Scroll down and you will see an icon that says "Request Sponsorship".
  • Click on the drop down menu and select Real Estate Company (LLC or Corp)
  • DEPENDING ON YOUR SELECTED SPONSORSHIP OPTION:
    • Enter 589143 for Sponsorship
    • Then click search
  • Put a check in the box to the left of ​
    • THE MIRAMAS GROUP, LLC #589143 (dba/Commercial Broker Group)
  • Step 4 click requests.
  • You can review your request, click next.
  • Then click submit once you have reviewed it.
  • Click on yes and click next.
  • Click on pay now.
  • Then click next.
  • They will ask for some credit card information. The cost is $20.60. You must complete the procedure by paying TREC $20.60. If you didn’t pay $20.60, you have not completed the procedure.
  • If you are unable to pay TREC $20.60, please call TREC. Their telephone number is 512-936-3000. They will correct the situation for you so that you can pay online.
  • You should get Online Application Payment Success.
Sponsorship Request Email
It is very important that you send an email with the following in order for your sponsorship to be accepted:​*Your sponsorship may be delayed if the Sponsorship Request Email is not received. 

How to Pay Annual Sponsorship Fee

Your Annual Sponsorship payment must be paid online at prior to accepting your sponsorship request. 
Avoid delays and PAY NOW for you sponsorship.

Accepting Your Request

Once your online annual sponsorship fee has been paid and your request via TREC is received, we will accept your sponsorship request usually with 24 hours of receiving the Sponsorship Request Email.  ​
